In the year 2005 the book “ …und mir hat geholfen… ” (”…and this helped me…”) by Jürgen Hargens has been published, where I, as a co-author, have described my personal crisis-coping-process in respect to systemic-constructive principals.
Below you can read a short extract about my successful crisis-coping-process.
“The basic structure of Time-Line consists of, that on one hand I look back from the successful future to the concrete past. This means, by doing as if the target is reached I position a positive focus. The more stable the future-hypnosis the more the material-level changes from the conjunctive to the indicative and from future to present respectively. My fellow student asked me the Time-Line-question: «Imagine it is two years later and you have your life again under control. How does it look like there? Where do you live? What and how do you work? How does your environment look like?” Two years later I was in exact this situation, which I had described.
